I got the whole foods green gazpacho soup yummy! I didn't like it at first taste but I ended up liking it

Went to the gym but I just couldn't finish my workout. 
Walked home from the gym so that was good
I found some mulberries too��
My after gym snack - celery and baba ghanoush hummus. I ran out of carrots ��

I think I'll go with my hrm.  I felt like I was going to die at the gym but I managed to push through and I resisted making myself a second peanut butter banana sandwich�� and I'm so proud of myself. I just had a spoonful of the peanut butter and it satisfied my cravings.  I don't like depriving myself but the reason why I haven't been seeing changes is because I've been lax and I just tell myself that it's just one day but it ends up being almost everyday
