I think I'll go with my hrm. I felt like I was going to die at the gym but I managed to push through and I resisted making myself a second peanut butter banana sandwich👻 and I'm so proud of myself. I just had a spoonful of the peanut butter and it satisfied my cravings. I don't like depriving myself but the reason why I haven't been seeing changes is because I've been lax and I just tell myself that it's just one day but it ends up being almost everyday
